Meaning:
Presponse 可翻译成“抢答” in my opinion.很明显是pre前缀和response的合成词。
当然此“抢答”不同于电视上抢答问题的“抢答”。

To respond to a question before it is finished, often confusing the asker.
在一个问题尚未完全说出来之前，就回答了，经常把提问的人搞糊涂~~
